In a haste, or just interested in one part of a website, people tend to 'miss' certain areas of a site. "The Writing Tip of the Day" may have been overlooked because a content producer is only focused on getting that 'good idea' submitted. I know, because I am guilty of this very thing. Not to get off my point, but I have received an epiphany of stopping, taking time to admire the true Graces in life; in things surrounding 'my' life; what makes up 'my' life. I want to take time to notice things and have time to go through diligently, with a thirst for knowledge. Because after all, people are sharing these great writes in hopes to help someone, right? Well, I pray so, even so.

Back to the topic of this write. In my latest vow to take notice of 'My Life', I didn't just read the status updates that were visible, I viewed more. I went on to look more into the bios of my fellow writers, family and friends. It was wonderful getting to know all of you! To this I owe a heartful "THANKS!" to Bruce. Somewhere, I read that Bruce was 'self-titled' [as] 'Geek'. Honestly, I hold nothing against the title, I held it myself for many years, and still have the deskplate. LOL. I'm thankful for Bruce being a Geek, his 'geekness' has been my beacon in the great sea of writing success! Yeah, Bruce, thanks a million!

I read a writing tip that not only told me that ellipses defined the usage of certain punctation marks I used in my speech through sentences, but how they are to be used correctly. Now if that wasn't the best writing tip of the day for any aspiring writer, I don't know what is!

I want to use this write as a Board of THANKS to the Geek: What was the best 'Writing Tip of the Day' to you?

Share it with us, and share a hearty 'Thanks' to our Geek the Hero!

~Thanks for reading and participating~

Teresa,
You are definitely right!  We definitely cannot forget all the other 'heroes' involved with the Warp!  A hearty 'THANKS' to them as well.  Thanks for bringing that forth for me, Teresa.  That's why you are the best!
