When I resided in Alabama, I already had that southern flavor to my cooking. Yet, I was indeed a 'city girl', and I had plenty of 'quick' recipes added to my ability to cook a delicious and nurturing meal. Needless to say that I had no problems with filling my new southern-style home with the aromas of delicious soul food. Of course with me having that 'city girl' style of 'quick recipe' cooking, I began to fancy a product made by Tony Cachere's. For those of you who may not be familiar with Tony Cachere's products, I would like to introduce some of the most soulful seasonings and products to be used in your kitchen!
When I first seen a friend of mine using it, I wanted my own. After buying it the next day, the product paid for itself many times over. I have even used Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning on my rice.
The price is reasonable enough to not break your wallets, or your grocery budget; you may find Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning for less than $3 per 1-lb container. So, if you are a person who likes a variety, and a great taste then try this product. It's states so on the actual conatiner!

Great article, Ronyae. As a lover of most food (exception being suchie--I'm not even sure how to spell it, but maybe you can guess what I mean--raw fish). I appreciate all articles on good food ideas. Another great article. Have a great week.SandraThanks Sandra for sharing your comment. And although it is correctly spelled as 'sushi', we all know what you were speaking of, LOL. I'm not a fan of it either, so you're not alone.Stay Blessed
Ronyae, I love spicy and hot foods. The hotter, the better for me. But, I can't keep jumping on your band wagon. Girl, I'm already ten pounds overweight. Great article!DeborahDeborah,I'm LOL at - no, with you! Because your words are mirrored from me telling my granny and her keeper that while I was in 'Bama just two weeks ago. So I feel you on that! Ronyae, my adult daughter was introduced to his product by her husband's family. I never would have believed she'd like it, she doesn't like anything spicy, but now, she puts it on most of what she cooks. Thanks for the info.Lorrie,I can definitely relate with your daughter; but like I stated before, many feel that it's very spicy, but actually it's not as spicy as one would think.
Love that seasoning. Learned about it when I lived in New Orleans.Linda,I see we have good taste in common! Thanks for reading and sharing a comment.
My fiancee turned me onto Tony's Seasonings early last year as one of their family "Thanksgiving Bird" secrets. Since then, I pretty much use it on anything in place of salt, pepper, and seasoning salts. I'm also doing my best to spread the word up here in Northern California. This stuff is amazing! Also if you're on a diet, Tony's is a PERFECT way to kick up any bland tasting foods. Just make sure to be sparse with it, because of the higher salt content. Thanks Anonymous! Yes, I agree ... this stuff is amazing!
