Looking for that cool treat to snack on during the hot summer months? Well, look no further. I would like to share a special recipe that my Uncle B.B. gave me.
If you are like me, and hate to use a hot stove during the summer, this treat is for you. It's simple to make, and requires a small amount of your groceries:
Grape Salad sweet seedless grape (red or green or you can use both)
cream cheese (soft)
pecan pieces
little brown sugar
Mix all ingredients together and place in frig.
Please Note: It not suppose to be 2 stiff. So you will need to add a little cool whip at a time. It is also really sweet because of the brown sugar so put a small amount at a time.
*Be sure to enjoy, and stay cool this summer!*
