As I started composing this submission, I was reminded of a commercial I once saw: a man opens his mouth, and an alarm sounds letting him know that there's trouble brewing inside his mouth. It was funny at first. But the truth to the matter is how much your health is affected by not taking care of your teeth/mouth.
I submit this as a collection in reference to healthy habits; making sure your child practices healthy habits like properly brushing their teeth and tongue. Coupling the habits with eating properly can ensure the child's health being on good standards.
Keeping regular dental visits is another great way to keeping your child's teeth and mouth healthy. The dentist will help your child learn the proper way to brush their teeth, and show them the proper way to brush their tongue; sometimes there's a gagging feeling when a person brushes their tongue. This scared me the first time I brushed my tongue - LOL.
Good oral health promotes a healthy body, overall. I would like to share a link on oral health for Colgate:

Thanks Ronyae. One thing for sure, if you do not grab those teeth while you are young....when you get older they will remind you of what you did not do. With this article, some of us remember, at least for me, "If it is in the mouth brush it, if it ain't in there, don't worry about it." This is a good reminder for all, especially those too busy parents.
